In an absolutely thrilling, back-and-forth matchup between our very own fifth-seeded Arizona Wildcats and the Memphis Tigers, the Wildcats came out on top, winning 77-75 Friday afternoon sending them to the Third Round of the March Madness Basketball tournament.
Derrick Williams had 22 points and 10 rebounds, and blocked the potential tying shot in the final seconds to seal Arizona’s win against Memphis in the second round of the NCAA tournament.
The Wildcats now have a chance to advance to the Sweet 16 for the second time in the last six seasons when they play fourth-seeded Texas in a third round match-up this Sunday March 20.
Update (3-24-22): The Arizona WildCats do it once again with a with a smashing 93-77 victory over Duke sending the Cats to the Elite Eight. Way to go Cats!
UPDATE (3-20-11): In a stunning down to the wire game, Arizona Wildcats pulled a 70-69 victory over the Texas Longhorns sending them to the sweet 16 for the first time in 6 seasons. Way to Go Cats!

This show has set the standard for gem and mineral shows around the world, and is now the largest gem and mineral show in the United States.
